How does payment work?
To secure your slot and begin pre-production, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the final approved videos.
What is the typical turnaround time?
We usually wrap up The Polish & The Multiplier edits within a few business days. For full production shoots, we’ll give you a specific timeline based on the project scope.
How many revisions do I get?
Each package includes 1-2 rounds of revisions depending on the tier
Do you provide the raw footage?
For The Craft, we deliver the polished, final edits. Raw footage can be purchased separately as an add-on if you wish to keep it for future use.
What if I need more videos than the package allows?
No problem! We can easily add "add-on" videos to any tier or discuss a custom Enterprise Bundle if you’re looking to scale aggressively.
Where do I send my files?
Once you book a tier, we’ll set up a shared folder for you to drop your raw footage into.
Do I need to be in Singapore or Bangkok?
Only for 2nd & 3rd tiers of The Craft, since that involves us heading out on location to film you. For The Polish or The Multiplier, you can be anywhere in the world—just send us your files digitally. (we're mostly based in Singapore for now)
Who owns the content?
Once the final payment is cleared, full usage rights for the edited videos belong to you. We only reserve the right to feature the work in our professional portfolio.
